Albert Chavez

Founder & Chief Executive Officer

In 2007, Albert began his journey in senior care. With a collaborative spirit, he played a key role in establishing public facilities like community centers, libraries, aquatic facilities, and a senior center. It was during this period that Albert unearthed his deep-seated passion for serving seniors. Over the years, he transitioned into leadership roles, spearheading teams in the inception and management of Assisted Living and Memory Care communities across California. Through this journey, Albert came to a profound realization: his calling lay in supporting seniors from all walks of life, dedicating himself to providing invaluable resources to enrich and prolong their quality of life.

Anita Rocha, MBA

Market Development Director

Anita, who grew up in Orange County, has a deep passion for working with seniors. With 26 years of experience in the healthcare industry and an MBA with a concentration in Healthcare Administration, she brings a wealth of knowledge and compassion to her role. Outside of her professional life, Anita is an avid hiker who has explored over 50 trails. Her love for nature and the outdoors keeps her energized and grounded. Interestingly, before turning 21, Anita played a pivotal role in opening the first out-of-state Rubio’s restaurant, showcasing her dedication and drive from an early age. Anita’s friendly and relatable nature, combined with her extensive experience, makes her a valued member of our team at Shoreline Senior Solutions. She is committed to enhancing the lives of seniors and providing them with the care and support they deserve.
