Founder & Chief Executive Officer
In 2007, Albert began his journey in senior care. With a collaborative spirit, he played a key role in establishing public facilities like community centers, libraries, aquatic facilities, and a senior center. It was during this period that Albert unearthed his deep-seated passion for serving seniors. Over the years, he transitioned into leadership roles, spearheading teams in the inception and management of Assisted Living and Memory Care communities across California. Through this journey, Albert came to a profound realization: his calling lay in supporting seniors from all walks of life, dedicating himself to providing invaluable resources to enrich and prolong their quality of life.

Clinical Placement Specialist
Adrianna. brings over a decade of nursing and case management experience to her role as a Clinical Placement Specialist. With a strong background in care coordination, hospice, and palliative services, she is deeply committed to helping patients and families navigate transitions into the most appropriate care settings, including assisted living, skilled nursing, and board-and-care homes.
Known for her compassionate approach and in-depth knowledge of the healthcare system, Adrianna works closely with discharge planners, physicians, and community partners to ensure smooth and successful placements. Her dedication to patient advocacy and quality care has earned her multiple recognitions for leadership and excellence in the field.
